Lincoln have announced the signing of released Walsall midfielder Josh O'Keefe on a two year deal. The former Blackburn trainee played 13 times for the Saddlers last term. Dover chairman Jim Parmeter is to meet Gillingham counterpart Paul Scally over the future of current Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler, who has been linked with the vacancy at the Gills. He was previously in charge at the Gills for four years until 2004.

Hartlepool's winding up order against Billingham Town reaches court tomorrow. Oldham are drawing up a managerial shortlist with the weekend press claiming that Ossie Ardiles and Nicky Butt have applied for the job. Shrewsbury striker Dave Hibbert is claimed by Sky Sports to have agreed a three year deal with Peterboro. Both Rotherham and Lincoln are claimed to be interested in Darlington's want-away striker Tadgh Purcell.
