Plymouth Pay Just 0.21p To Creditors

Unsecured creditors have received just 0.21p of every pound they were owed by Plymouth, it has been revealed.

The Plymouth Herald reports that the St John Ambulance service will receive just £17.20 of over £8,000 owed, the local council just £600 of over £300,000, and Cornwall Police £70 of over £36,000.

One of the club's caterers received just £10 of a near £5,000 debt, calling the pay-off 'laughable'. The original CVA agreement reported that the offer to unsecured creditors would have been nearly four times larger.

Administrator P&A has paid itself £500,000 for their time at the club. The unsecured creditors, owed over £6million, received a total of just over £13,000. The club's Supporters Trust has called for an explanation of P&A's handling of the situation.
