Despite a 3-2 victory at Stockport last night, Hereford United manager Martin Foyle remains realistic about the possibility of a play-off place. The Bulls are now in seventh position in the table.
"To me at the moment it seems a million miles apart," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"I've got a small squad so I'll have to speak to the chairman.
"I've got 18 boys just running, running and running for the club which is great but that could chance very, very quickly."
Foyle remains pleased with the committment of his squad.
"Sometimes you conceed goals and heads drop.
"Their heads certainly haven't dropped and we know we are capable of scoring goals."
